The U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Louisiana has issued General Order 2024-08 appointing a panel of neutrals to facilitate the streamlined settlement conference and mediation protocol (SSP) for the efficient resolution of approximately 700 pending Hurricane Ida claims.
This Order amends and supersedes General Order 2024-07.
Counsel of record with pending Hurricane Ida cases should access individual case dockets for the procedures for mediating with a Court appointed neutral.
