The Middle District of Louisiana is in the process of qualifying jurors for future jury service. If you receive a Qualification Questionnaire in the mail, you are required by federal law to respond.
A questionnaire is NOT a jury summons and does NOT require you to appear at the courthouse. See Jury FAQs for more information on the juror qualification process at the Middle District.
