In response to recent disclosures of wide-spread breaches of both private sector and government computer systems, Chief Judge Shelly D. Dick issued General Order 2021-1 which sets forth procedures for the filing, service, and management of highly sensitive documents. These procedures are effective immediately to protect highly sensitive documents filed with the courts. See the full procedures in General Order 2021-1.
