On October 23, 2023, Chief Judge Shelly D. Dick issued General Order 2023-20, which sets forth the Middle District of Louisiana’s procedures for proceedings which arise as a result of Amendment 821 to the U.S. Sentencing Guidelines. Amendment 821 becomes effective on November 1, 2023.
