The U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Louisiana has approved Case Management Order No. 1 setting forth a streamlined settlement conference and mediation protocol (SSP) for the efficient resolution of approximately 700 pending Hurricane Ida claims. Implementation of the SSP requires the Court to appoint a panel of neutrals comprised of independent mediators to facilitate the SSP.
Interested applicants should carefully review the Call for Applications or qualification requirements and apply by letter, attaching a resume or other proof of qualification, no later than March 22, 2024.
