In response to the impact of Hurricane Ida, Chief Judge Shelly D. Dick issued General Order 2021-7 suspending all deadlines and excluding all pending criminal cases from the time requirements of the Speedy Trial Act for thirty (30) days commencing on August 26, 2021.
