The U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Louisiana has launched an Evidence Online submission tool.
Effective Wednesday, September 4th electronic evidence files (an Electronic Bench Book) shall be provided, by each party for proceedings where evidence presentation is required, using the Court’s Evidence Online submission process rather than on storage devices such as CD, DVD, or USB drive. Same naming conventions apply, see documentation below for instructions on the submission process.
